Description
Asga is one of the largest independent collective pension institutions in Switzerland. Since 1962, we have been committed to the occupational pension provision of small and medium-sized enterprises from trade, commerce, industry, and services. Our approximately 180 qualified and motivated employees focus on the customers.
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking to complete our team in broker consulting in the market development area by arrangement for a
Broker Consultant 80-100 %
You actively support the broker partners assigned to you throughout the entire market area of the Eastern Switzerland region (cantons AI, AR, GR, SG, SH, TG) and represent the Asga Pension Fund. Your workplace is at the headquarters in St. Gallen. The concerns of the broker channel are your daily challenge. You will be supported by our internal specialists.
In this role, you take on typical key account management tasks, such as conducting annual meetings, coordination responsibility for cross-departmental concerns, or ensuring sustainable cooperation with our broker partners. You act as an important interface in supporting existing Asga member companies and acquiring new customers.
Your profile
For this varied and demanding role, you have several years of experience in occupational pension provision or social insurance. Alternatively, you have an academic basic degree and the willingness to further develop in the BVG area. In addition, you are characterized by your consulting competence, ability to cooperate, and great motivation. Your native language is German; additional language skills are an advantage.
An above-average service mentality and passion for the occupational pension business are indispensable. With your analytical skills and empathy, you make a decisive contribution to achieving goals and long-term partnerships with this central stakeholder group. Besides your problem-solving and teamwork skills, we also expect an independent and precise working style as well as proficient use of modern communication and work tools.
