YOUR CHALLENGES
- Technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility
- Support and update of the workstation screens
- Support and further development of the island leader tool
- Conducting coordination and island meetings
- Optimize and implement production-related topics and projects
- Support the management staff in the recruitment process (myHR)
- Participation in daily shop floor management and regular meetings
- Project management and coordination of tasks within the group
- Close collaboration and cooperation with the interfaces PCECH and QAMCH
- Participation in the design of new fixtures, test runs and adjustments, especially in the surface area
- Monitoring and evaluating defined parameters as well as ensuring continuous improvement (CIP, water samples, SF management)
- Participation in NPI meetings, support of manufacturing processes and ensuring stable production processes following series production
- Analysis of cost center reports, presentation of trends and developments, and close coordination with the cell manager
- Ensuring regular training sessions and further development of training materials (LAM, High Purity, UV Handling, ...)
- Conducting employee evaluations, annual and salary discussions
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic
- Solid experience (at least 5 years) in project management
- Good communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork
- High quality awareness and reliability
- Systematic, analytical and independent working style
- German and English spoken and written
