Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a:

Night Auditor / Night Receptionist (m/f/d)

More of a night owl than an early bird? While most of our guests are already in bed, you ensure that the reception service is maintained and contribute to keeping the guest experience at the highest level around the clock.

Your main tasks

• You contribute to the optimal workflow of the night operation at the reception and reconcile the day’s figures
• You respond quickly to guest requests with your flexibility and mental adaptability
• You delight our guests with your consistently high service quality

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not necessarily required.
• Fluent German and English skills
• You have an eye for detail and are a creative problem solver
• You are a "doer" with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
