How you’ll make an impact

Ensure optimal performance and availability of manufacturing equipment by conducting proactive maintenance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)

Assume responsibility for workplace and systems safety in accordance with the 6S method

Consistently follow and actively support ABRA protocols to maintain and/or improve safety

Support efficient teamwork with the process and production teams and work with the project team to maintain, expand, and modernize the production line

Document the daily tasks together with the team and prepare troubleshooting aids

Help maintain the production planning software (SiView) and relevant equipment databases and logs

Participate in audits and process pending items related to work safety

Provide training and continuous education

Support technicians maintaining and repairing the systems and ensure production in accordance with state-of-the-art methods
Your background
-
Technical apprenticeship with subsequent specific extension courses, or degree in electronics, mechanics, or physics, or equivalent education

At least 5 years of experience in maintaining semiconductor production systems (preventive measures, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation), especially with production equipment used in photolithography (photoresist coating/baking tools, steppers, developers)

Excellent knowledge of mechanics, vacuum systems, pneumatics, and electrics (ideally including high voltage)

Know-how in tools for resist coating / developing (Screen 80B/80EX) and exposing (Ultratech 1500 / Canon i3000W/3030i5a Steppers)

Experience in lean manufacturing and CPI processes (6S, etc.) advantageous

Good command of German and English mandatory, any other language advantageous

Assertive team player with excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
