You ensure the coordination, organisation and planning of all activities within the department
In this capacity, you manage, lead and develop a team of four specialists in industrial IT to achieve their objectives
You play a key role in the performance of your department and contribute significantly to the success of CIMO by enhancing the skills and potential of your team members
You optimise, in collaboration with management, the resources and skills necessary for the smooth running of the department
You develop privileged relationships with other departments of the service, with CIMO’s cross-functional services as well as with clients
You use the financial resources made available efficiently and responsibly
You contribute decisively to the continuous improvement of the Foclan digital control-command system and its infrastructures
You supervise, promote and ensure the sustainability of industrial software developments
You guarantee the quality of services by maintaining constant attention to CIMO’s strategic axes (availability, compliance, competitiveness and clients)
A HES / EPF degree in computer science or equivalent training
Proven experience in developing software solutions for industry
A confirmed interest in personnel management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
