To expand our efficient team at the Frauenfeld location, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and committed personality.

• Processing orders on time and in the correct quantities
• Monitoring orders (order confirmations, delivery reminders, goods receipts) and resolving discrepancies
• Creating production orders for internal and external assembly
• Maintaining customer and order data in the CRM system
• Receiving, checking, preparing, and recording returns as well as creating repair orders
• Checking supplier invoices
• Acquisition, clarification, and procurement of new products
• Conducting price comparisons, obtaining quotes, and supporting purchasing negotiations
• Handling and tracking complaints and defects using IQ-Soft
• Creating purchasing statistics and reports
• Occasional participation in trade fairs

• Completed commercial or technical basic training and ideally further training in procurement
• Professional experience in operational purchasing
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as business fluent English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Communicative and enthusiastic personality with an independent and responsible working style
• Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems and Excel
