The Human Resources department is offering a position of
Head of Administrative Personnel Management – 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Your mission
Reporting to the Human Resources Directorate, you oversee all activities related to the administrative and technical management of personnel. You lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of about ten specialized employees, ensuring quality, coherence, and innovation in the HR services offered. Your role includes supervising administrative processes and representing the organization with social partners while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of practices.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and manage the work of a team of about ten employees within Human Resources,
- develop, propose, and coordinate the implementation of tools aimed at efficient management of HR administrative processes,
- supervise key areas such as the salary system, time management, absence tracking, and HR reception,
- ensure compliance of practices with internal rules as well as with current legislation,
- structure, formalize, and deploy procedures, guidelines, and processes related to HR administration,
- ensure full supervision of the social insurance domain,
- produce, analyze, and monitor data and statistics related to social insurance and HR activities,
- ensure continuous optimization of processes and quality of services provided by the department.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, law, economics, social sciences, or equivalent training,
- additional certification (federal HR/social insurance diploma),
- at least 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources, including 5 years in a management role,
- excellent knowledge of HR administrative management, social insurance, and labor legislation,
- ability to unite and motivate a multidisciplinary team,
- strong results orientation, autonomy, and initiative,
- developed sense of organization, rigor, and stress resistance,
- ability to communicate with diverse interlocutors (management, social partners, employees),
- perfect command of French (spoken and written), good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset,
- proficiency in HR IT tools (SAP HR, HCM or equivalents) and excellent digital skills.
