Your Tasks
- Professional and organisational management of outpatient and day care nursing
- Ensuring high nursing quality in compliance with legal requirements
- Personnel management, planning and development
- Communication with relatives, doctors and cooperation partners
- Participation in the further development of our nursing concepts
Your Profile
- Completed further training as a nursing service manager (PDL)
- Several years of experience in nursing, ideally with experience as a nursing service manager
- Organisational strength and sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills as well as a structured way of working
- Communication skills and empathy in dealing with employees and those in need of care
