Our client, recognised for their expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure and spatial planning, has been supporting ambitious and sustainable projects in Switzerland and internationally for several decades. To strengthen their dynamic and committed team, we are looking for a:

EXPERIENCED HVAC PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)

Lausanne / Fribourg | 80 to 100 %

Thanks to your expertise, you will support clients in their strategic choices and contribute to the development of efficient, sustainable and economically relevant solutions.

Your responsibilities

As a project manager, you ensure the overall management of the assignments entrusted to you, from the initial idea to the commissioning of the installations.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Manage design and planning projects in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary fields, for building and industrial installation projects;
• Ensure the proper execution of assignments by respecting quality objectives, defined budgets and agreed deadlines;
• Coordinate, lead and support project teams involved in the different study phases;
• Advise and assist clients throughout the project lifecycle, from strategic considerations to commissioning and optimisation of installations;
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop technical concepts tailored to clients’ specific needs;
• Identify and propose innovative solutions incorporating best market practices;
• Provide a comprehensive view on the economic performance of installations and advise clients on operating costs and durability of works;
• Collaborate closely with various internal disciplines to promote an integrated and coherent project approach.

Your profile

• You have a higher education qualification related to the HVAC field;
• A diploma as a ES or HES Technician specialised in HVAC is a real advantage;
• You have several years of experience as a project manager in HVAC installation planning;
• You appreciate interdisciplinary work and are willing to collaborate with teams from other branches in Switzerland;
• You master Swiss standards, regulations and prescriptions applicable to building technical systems engineering;
• You are recognised for your organisational skills as well as your ease in communication, both with teams and clients;
• You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and initiative, with a genuine entrepreneurial orientation;
• Rigorous and reliable, you place great importance on accuracy and meeting commitments;
• French is your working language. Knowledge of English, German or Italian is an additional asset;
• Experience with digital design methodologies and BIM processes will be particularly appreciated.
