Who are we?
The LAVI centre (victim support) for children, men and road traffic victims is part of the Child and Youth Service (SEJ) and provides support to minor victims as well as men and road traffic victims in the canton of Fribourg.

This position is limited to 3 years.
Your tasks
In collaboration with a colleague, you are responsible for the administrative tasks related to the secretariat of the LAVI centre.
In particular:
- Administrative support to the sector (correspondence, minute-taking, etc.)
- Processing of files (opening of cases, updating and closing)
- Support for telephone duty
- Filing and archiving of paper and digital files
Desired profile
- We are looking for a person with a commercial apprenticeship certificate and at least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a public or semi-public administration
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools and great ease in using computer programmes are essential
- Methodical and precise, you have proven experience in document management and experience in handling files subject to specific regulations
- You demonstrate good emotional resilience, empathy and a very high sense of discretion
- Excellent command of French (spoken/written) and good writing skills. Good knowledge of German is an asset
