About the job
For our fashion boutiques in Zurich, we are looking for a full-time stock assistant with a passion for customer service and expertise in stock management.
As a stock assistant, you will ensure that the storage areas in our fashion boutiques are always organised, clean, and tidy, and you will keep accurate records of stock and inventory.
Main tasks
- You ensure the daily goods receipt before the store opens. This includes storing goods in the correct place in the stockroom and preparing the sales area according to the previous day’s sales.
- Ensuring that the stockroom is well organised and optimised according to the boutique’s internal procedures. The stock team is responsible for the neat organisation of the stockroom.

- Analysing and supporting the stock manager in resolving discrepancies related to rolling inventories.
- Preparing stock for the launch of new collections.
- Supporting the stock manager in preparing for sales (re-labelling, reorganisation of stock).
- Being versatile by acting as a link between the back-office stock and the sales floor. The stockist is constantly moving around the boutique to ensure all storage areas are tidy and well organised. The stockist also supports the FA team by bringing up goods when needed or tidying the fitting rooms during busy periods.
- You have a good understanding of all KPIs related to the role and proactively contribute new ideas.
- You work with the boutique’s VM specialist: organising stock and promoting slow-moving items on the sales floor.
