About the job
The Spitex of the Bülach region is the outpatient business area of the Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach. As a public Spitex, we provide services with around 75 employees in the areas of regular nursing, palliative care, psychiatry, dementia, wound care, and domestic services. Our Spitex serves five municipalities with approximately 36,000 inhabitants.
Certified Nurse HF/FH (80-90%)
We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement!
With your high level of expertise and conscious decision to work independently in our Spitex, you are integrated into our team.
Your daily routine with us
- You are responsible for optimal care and advice for our clients with a focus on somatics
- You work in our own wound outpatient clinic at Spitex as an experienced wound expert with our wound expert team, as well as with our clients in their homes
- By clarifying and managing cases, you take responsibility for all steps in the care process of your clients
- You are also knowledgeable in the field of medical technology
- You can expect a highly motivated, open-minded team that values active participation and wishes to explore new paths together
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH with advanced experience in wound expertise
- Interest and enjoyment in resource- and goal-oriented care and support
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Good IT skills (Perigon, MS Office, Rai-HC)
- Driving licence category B
