Your Role
As CRM Assistant External Asset Managers (EXAM) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral part of the CRM team taking care of EXAMs as well as the client accounts managed by them. Additionally, you provide support to two CRMs in all day-to-day business operations, compliance related and administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and EXAMs with rigorous due diligence
- Conduct periodic reviews of client and EXAM relationships
- Monitor operational compliance of client activities
- Ensure timely documentation updates and proper archiving
- Execute orders on client accounts with meticulous care - trading, fiduciary deposits, FX, payments, settlements, credit requests
- Prepare and deliver client reporting, handle correspondence, and provide e-banking support as needed
- Respond to ad-hoc client and internal requests via email and phone promptly and accurately
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- First relevant work experience in Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and hands-on mentality
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous precision, attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively, with a positive solutions-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English and French (oral and written); Fluency in other languages is a plus
