About the job
What you will do here
- Teaching in the field of timber construction in the degree programs of the Higher Technical School for Wood Biel (timber construction technician, timber construction foreman, and timber construction supervisor) and possibly in the Bachelor's degree program in Wood Technology as well as in continuing education
- Collaboration and/or project management in research, development, and service projects in the extended field of timber construction
- Taking on tasks in module management and in the extended school management of the Higher Technical School for Wood Biel
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree with specialization in timber construction, degree as a timber construction technician HF or equivalent
- Several years of practical experience in timber construction; experience in building physics is explicitly desired
- Communication and teamwork skills, initiative, team player
- Pedagogical and didactic training or willingness to acquire it
- Very good German or French skills (with very good knowledge of the other language), good English skills advantageous
