- Independent management of the kitchen team and ensuring smooth operations as well as supervising the 3 apprentices in the kitchen
- Production of hot and cold dishes, cooking according to given recipes

- Completed chef apprenticeship EFZ and several years of experience as a chef and training as a professional trainer

In the Martinsberg Restaurant and the Bistro Bruggerstrasse in Baden, our host team with five employees spoils around 250 guests daily. The attractive offer consists of two daily changing menus, a weekly hit menu, and a salad buffet. Various snacks are offered daily in the Bistro Bruggerstrasse. In both restaurants, fresh baked goods, sandwiches, and small snacks are available during the mid-morning break. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings. Larger events such as banquets, celebrations, and aperitifs can also be held in the auditorium, Mindspace, and garden hall. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
You work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends.
