draughtswoman architecture / building draughtswoman with BIM, 80-100% (f/m/d)

tasks

• you actively participate in all project phases and thus support the construction project managers in the areas of residential construction, school construction, administrative buildings as well as listed buildings
• you can optimally apply or develop your BIM knowledge, as some projects are worked on with BIM
• in doing so, you carry out building submissions, detail drawings and execution planning
• in addition, you prepare tender and execution plans and develop technical solutions as well as detail plans
• you work closely with the project and construction managers and support them with schedules, cost proposals and quotations
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• do you have a completed training as a draughtswoman architecture / draughtsman architecture, building draughtswoman / building draughtsman?
• if you already have BIM knowledge, this is a great advantage. However, it is also possible to acquire BIM knowledge.
• Archicad experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• do you enjoy being part of an upbeat, conscientious and collegial team?
