What is my role?

• Consultation and acceptance of customer watches

• Performing small and partial tasks as well as battery changes

• Servicing in own workshop (approx. 50%)

• Recording customer and repair data and administrative process (SAV)

• Monitoring deadlines of customer orders and ordering required spare parts

• Assignments also on weekends and public holidays

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic training as a watchmaker

• Professional experience in a similar position (max. three years)

• Brand certifications of the portfolio are an advantage

• Expertise and enthusiasm for high-quality watches

• Competent handling of national and international customers

• Precise and efficient working method

• Team player with high flexibility and resilience

• Very good language skills in German and English (written/spoken)
