For the newly opened Senevita Birsgarten in Reinach BL we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Employee Resident Administration 80%
Your Tasks
- Reception service: providing information to internal and external customers (residents, visitors, suppliers, etc.)
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Handling daily mail and correspondence
- Cash management, accounts receivable management
- Resident management (master data entry/maintenance, service recording)
- Processing home care documents, entering RAI data
- Co-responsibility for the filing and documentation system
- Performing general administrative tasks (correspondence, data maintenance of information terminal, occupancy statistics, etc.)
- Supporting the department heads and departments
What You Bring
- Completed training as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in administration (ideally in healthcare)
- Very good PC and MS Office user skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- High service orientation and friendly demeanor
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Good sensitivity for elderly people
