- Support and enhance the Klimaschule program's development.
- Assist in creating and designing educational activities.
- Manage communication for student Climate Council and events.
Skills
- Completed Bachelor's degree; passion for environmental issues.
- Fluent in written and spoken German; strong writing skills.

Your area of responsibility:
- Support and further development of the Climate School program
- Assistance in creating and conceptualizing educational activities
- Supervision and first point of contact for the Climate Council (body of students)
- Support for project management in planning and executing action days and other events
- Communicative support on action days and project days
- Assistance in planning and implementing communication and marketing measures (newsletter, news articles, social media, print materials, etc.)
- Management and further development of the website
- Support for accounting and maintenance of crowdfunding revenues
- Support in fundraising
- Maintenance of contact database CRM
- Meeting support and minute-taking
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Affinity and enthusiasm for climate protection and environmental issues
- Very good written and spoken German skills and enjoyment in writing
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other IT programs
- Enjoyment of photography and image editing as well as creative and entrepreneurial work
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Diverse and varied tasks in different areas of work, such as project management, communication, accounting, and fundraising
- Insight into the work of an NGO in the field of environmental education
- Effective collaboration in a small, young, and committed team
