The position is attached to the Diagnostic Department . Composed of nine medical services, its mission is to provide diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic procedures, and specialized clinical consultations of high medical quality, within the best timeframes and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions.
The primary mission of the Hemato-Oncology Cell Therapy Laboratory (LTCHO), located at the Clinical Cell Therapy Laboratories Platform (LTCC), is to prepare hematopoietic stem cells for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplants. The LTCHO also prepares cells for the fetoplacental blood bank.
Job Description
You autonomously assist administratively in managing a service comprising several units or entities, both in clinical, academic, and research fields, with the head of service acting as the interface between the different professional sectors and mastering the overall functioning of the service.
You ensure the management of related internal and external relations.
You handle all administrative information.
You collect the necessary information to compile files for decision-making.
You ensure their follow-up.
Qualifications
You hold a federal certificate of capacity as a commercial employee and the federal diploma of executive assistant.
You have at least 5 years of experience in medical secretarial work or equivalent.
You have perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English and/or German is an asset, as well as a second foreign language.
You have very good knowledge of computer tools (ECDL advanced level for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Standard on the Web).
Being comfortable with numbers (including accounting concepts) is an asset.
