FASTCOM Technology SA secures critical infrastructures with e-shelter security GmbH.
The Client: e-shelter security GmbH has been securing critical infrastructures for over 15 years and offers its clients integrated global solutions combining physical security, cybersecurity and digitalisation. The range of services from e-shelter security covers consulting, planning, construction and commissioning of security systems.
The Challenge: Security concepts for critical infrastructures must meet the highest standards while securing all flows of people and materials. Access must be quick and convenient for employees, clients and authorised visitors, but impossible for unauthorised persons. The transport of luggage and equipment must be possible both separately from and in combination with the simultaneous access of people. Standardised and flexible security processes must target critical infrastructures such as data centres and reliably secure operations.
The Solution: To optimally secure the flows of people and materials, the SMACS Flex and SMACS Mat systems are implemented. This allows securing flows of people and materials in airlocks with two or more doors, with minimal construction effort to incorporate them into the existing infrastructure. People with reduced mobility are seamlessly integrated. The SMACS can manage airlocks of more than 15m2. Special modes (cleaning mode, VIP mode, emergency exit mode, etc.) are available.
