Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• As a construction manager / project manager, you handle and accompany demanding construction projects in the area of new build and refurbishment, in the tendering as well as in the realisation phase
• This involves project control, construction controlling, construction economics and construction management
• You independently take on the cost and schedule planning
• You are also responsible for conducting tenders, preparing contracts for work and for managing all parties involved in the construction
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects and building draftsmen completes your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• You have a qualification HFP / FH in architecture / civil engineering or comparable and bring professional experience in Switzerland (m/f/d)
• A customer-oriented as well as economical way of thinking and working is also an important prerequisite
• Do you also describe yourself as independent, well organised, collegial and communicative?
