Your area of responsibility includes
- Independent management and expansion of existing customer relationships in the international environment of our approximately 400 customers
- Consulting and supporting our customers in optimising their PLM roadmap as well as in digital transformation processes
- Close collaboration with internal departments (sales, development, support) to ensure a smooth project process
- Presentation and sale of our PLM solutions focusing on Siemens software as well as our own software solutions and services
- Identification and implementation of new business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
This qualifies you
- Completed basic training and ideally a tertiary degree (HF/FH) in engineering/technology, industrial engineering or business informatics
- Passion for sales and strong interest in PLM software, especially Siemens solutions
- Ideally experience in account management, preferably in the areas of digitalisation, PLM or technological roadmaps
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability to strategically shape and develop customer relationships
- Analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex technical solutions simply
- High self-motivation and the ability to act successfully even in dynamic environments
- Native language in German or French as well as very good written and spoken skills (at least level C1) in the complementary national language (German or French). Solid English skills (B2) are also a prerequisite. Italian language skills are desired and considered an advantage.
