Product Owner
Responsibilities
- Management and prioritisation of the e-commerce backlog within the SAFe framework
- Collaboration in roadmap and programme backlog planning
- Translating business and customer goals into clear, actionable user stories
- Ensuring the definition of Ready / Done as well as quality and performance targets
- Continuous conversion optimisation through data-driven insights (KPIs)
- Close coordination with UX, IT, Marketing, and Analytics for holistic e-commerce solutions
- End-to-end responsibility for implementation, testing coordination, and go-live support of e-commerce features and bug fixes
- Co-responsibility for requirements definition and implementation of technical interfaces and for the stability, performance, and monitoring of the online shop
Requirements
- Higher education degree in marketing, e-commerce, computer science, business administration (HF, FH, university, ETH) or comparable educational background
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of common technologies and systems (shop system, search, customer identity, etc.)
- Target group-oriented and transparent communication
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills as well as a quick grasp
- Fluent German is essential, good English skills and French are an advantage
