Painter (Renovations) for a Great Permanent Position

• Independent painting work during apartment renovations
• Proper selection and application of colors and materials
• Identifying and communicating additional efforts in collaboration with property management
• Participation in apartment inspections and assessment of the work
• Compliance with all safety regulations
• Supervision and training of apprentices

• Training as a painter with experience in customer painting
• Organizational talent and independent working style
• Customer-oriented, team player, and communicative
• Experience in mold treatment and/or further training as a site manager is an advantage
• Good German skills, basic MS Office knowledge
• Driver's license category B
