Skills
- Completed education as a healthcare professional, preferably in psychiatry.
- Strong interpersonal and professional competencies required.
- Good German language and computer skills are essential.

Tasks
- Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting according to the corresponding competency level of the skill & grade mix
- Support in leading milieu and care therapeutic groups
- Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Flexibility in duty scheduling (mainly in night shifts)
Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ, ideally with a focus on psychiatry
- Enjoyment in working with older people in the acute illness phase
- High professional, social, and self-competence
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
