During your three-year training, you will learn the necessary skills in various specialist areas for a successful apprenticeship completion and a career as a commercial employee. Attending inter-company courses organised by the VZGV (Association of Zurich Municipal and Administrative Professionals) and vocational school complete your diverse training. Some examples of your tasks include:
- Advising customers by telephone and at the counter
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Assisting in organising and conducting votes
- Supporting colleagues in their daily work
- Independently handling administrative tasks
