Tasks
- Responsibility for training nursing students (HF/FH) and apprentices (FaGe) within an inpatient setting
- Conducting cooperative learning groups and contributing to the further development of education-related projects
- Active participation in and implementation of change processes and the further development of the offer, especially in the field of education
- Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
Profile
- Nursing diploma HF/FH with completed pedagogical additional training (SVEB-1 or higher) with experience in psychiatric or a related setting
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
- High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required

- Self-planning in close cooperation with the ward management, aligned with the needs of learners and students in a 2-shift operation
- Close cooperation with the ward management, training supervisors, nursing team and the wider interdisciplinary team
