Extrusion Machine Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent setup, operation and monitoring of production equipment in the fibre optic cable sector
- Preparation and manufacture of production orders according to the work programme and operations plan
- Provision and conditioning of materials according to parts lists
- Setup of equipment according to production orders, recipes and technical specifications
- Monitoring of the production process and initiation of corrective measures if necessary
- Execution and documentation of quality controls and measurements
- Delivery of manufactured products to the subsequent production step or final inspection
- Cleaning, maintenance and simple servicing of production equipment
- Participation in lean management and active implementation of the 5S philosophy
- Ensuring smooth information flow during shift handovers
- Recording and evaluation of production key figures
Your Profile
- Experience in operating production or industrial equipment is an advantage
- Technical understanding and basic mechanical knowledge
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Team-oriented and flexible personality
- Quick comprehension and interest in technical processes
- Willingness to work shifts (up to 4-shift operation)
- Physical resilience and willingness for practical activities in the production environment
- Good knowledge of German
