- be the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed individuals and SMEs and advise them in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision
- manage and develop your own client portfolio
- use our products and services according to customer needs
- identify cross- and upselling potentials and refer customers to the appropriate specialist for specific concerns
You bring
- a banking education as well as bank-specific further training
- several years of professional experience in the banking sector, especially in the area of financing
- strong communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
- enjoyment of daily customer contact as well as the ability to quickly recognise needs and expectations
- a broad network of relationships and strong regional ties
