Polymechanic – Milling Machine Operator (2-shift)
Activities
- Work on 3-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls
- Setup of CNC milling machines according to TopSolid clamping plan
- Tool assembly based on the TopSolid tool list and operation of a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device
- Processing customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and inspection guidelines
- Performing ERP bookings in the system
- Optimizing and running in CAM-generated programs
- Machine maintenance and ensuring orderliness at the workplace
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
- Solid CNC knowledge
- Accurate and precise working method
- Flexibility, loyalty, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- Willingness to work 2 shifts
