What is my role?

• Professional customer advice (German and English) in our modern exhibition

• Receiving customer orders (phone, email, in person)

• Recording and processing of quotations and orders

• Technical clarifications

• Handling customer complaints

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in sales or customer advice, ideally in the sanitary or construction sector

• Vocational training in the building services sector or commercial training with a technical background, ideally in sanitary wholesale

• Technical understanding and interest in sanitary products

• Advisory competence and a good sense of customer needs

• Team spirit and an independent working style

• Confident handling of common PC programmes

• Preferably completed training in the sanitary, trade or commercial sector
