About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
As a member of a dynamic team, you help to manufacture safety-relevant and high-quality parts in the fields of lightning protection and railway technology using modern punching technology. Your main task is to process orders on time and with high quality together with the team. In doing so, you actively participate in our lean management process by applying the principles of 5S and KVP (continuous improvement process). You support the team leader in setting up the machines and represent them during their absence.
Your Profile
As a motivated person, you bring commitment and precision to successfully apply your manual skills and expertise in a highly specialised and innovative company. You are an independent and responsible individual who is characterised by an interest in lean management methods. You are proficient in the German language and communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience. Training in the mechanical field is an advantage, and you are interested in taking on more responsibility later.
