The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.
A Restaurant Manager at 80%
In order to complete its teams, the Attelas sector, composed of three restaurants, is looking for:
Your missions:
- Ensure the organizational management of the point of sale (ordering and logistics of deliveries, anticipating the needs of the dining room and kitchen teams based on attendance);
- Manage the team and work schedules according to the CCNT;
- Anticipate and manage stocks and orders according to peak periods;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP and FIFO) and workplace safety regulations in force;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and the use of PPE by team members;
- Check the safety of installations (cooking appliances, refrigerators, freezers, ...);
- Ensure the monitoring of cash registers and daily cash deposits;
- Report weekly on the results of the points of sale;
- Ensure the disposal of waste and compliance with selective sorting;
- Lead the team (pre- and post-service briefing);
- Ensure the proper cleaning of storage areas (dishes, food), floors, and kitchen walls;
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, stoves, and ovens...) and the longevity of equipment and materials.
Your profile:
- Graduate of a recognized hotel school or equivalent training, holding a license is a plus;
- Excellent professional with in-depth knowledge of hospitality, service, and cuisine while prioritizing customer service;
- Versatile, available, and flexible with hours;
- Ability to withstand stress and manage priorities;
- Leadership and ability to manage and motivate staff, developed team spirit, and strong customer satisfaction orientation;
- Sense of profitability and costs, mastery of standard and specific IT tools;
- Ability to adapt and manage constraints related to the environment and mountain climate.
