Job Description
Your main duties will be as follows:
- Carry out the patients’ initial nutritional assessment within the required timeframe
- Ensure personalised dietary follow-up according to identified needs
- Evaluate nutritional status and make an appropriate diagnosis
- Determine nutritional requirements and adapt care plans
- Implement nutritional interventions (oral, enteral or parenteral feeding)
- Adapt dietary recommendations according to the pathology and patient preferences
- Assess the effectiveness of nutritional care
- Ensure traceability in patient records
Qualifications
- Holder of a diploma as a dietitian ES or HES
- Experience in individual consultation, ideally in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Experience or strong interest in nutritional care of the elderly (multiple pathologies, malnutrition)
- Good command of French, both spoken and written, and ease with common IT tools
- Strong enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary team
- Sense of responsibility, organisation and prioritisation
- Dynamic, committed and flexible personality, with a patient-oriented approach
