Test and Measurement Technician (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner specialises in processing high-performance plastics for medical technology applications on behalf of customers. The use of advanced manufacturing processes results in a variety of instruments, implants and special parts.
The company manufactures highly precise components for industry from thermoplastics and thermosets using various manufacturing processes. Prototypes and series parts are produced flexibly, quickly and reliably according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
You carry out precise measurements and tests on plastic parts and assemblies
You monitor and document quality, tolerances and production parameters
You support production optimisation and process analyses
You work closely with production, development and quality assurance
You check measuring devices and test equipment for functionality
You create measurement protocols, reports and technical documentation
You ensure compliance with standards, regulations and quality standards
Qualifications:
Completed training as a measurement technician, polymechanic or equivalent
Experience in measurement, testing and quality assurance processes
Knowledge of measurement systems, measurement software and technical drawings
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and accuracy
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
