Tasks

• You are responsible for the design and planning of complex elements as well as facade systems
• In doing so, you take overall responsibility for the projects, including material procurement, evaluation, selection and supervision of subcontractors
• You also bear the cost and schedule responsibility
• Creating fabrication and assembly plans is also part of your duties
• Close cooperation with architects and external planners as well as internal coordination with draftsmen, production and assembly complete your versatile range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training in the construction sector, for example as a civil engineer FH, carpenter, metal construction technician or a related qualification (m/f/d)
• In addition, you bring several years of professional experience as a project manager
• Experience in creating drawings and reading plans is expected
• A good spatial imagination, a pronounced understanding of complex contexts and a high quality awareness make your working day easier
