About the job
Your new role
You will take on the leadership of a lively group of children aged 4 to 13 and actively and diversely shape their daily life and leisure activities. In close collaboration with the team and in regular exchange with the parents, you ensure the best possible care and individual support of the children – based on our framework concept and quality guidelines. You contribute reflectively and conceptually to the team work, reliably take on administrative tasks and have good PC user skills.
We look forward to you if you
- have a tertiary qualification (HF/FH) in Social Work or Childhood Education.
- have experience working with children as well as with different life realities and needs.
- convince through reliability, resilience and an appreciative and solution-oriented attitude.
- enjoy working in a team and count reflective as well as conceptual work among your strengths.
- have a good sense for administrative tasks.
