We wish to strengthen the Asset Management department under the responsibility of Dr. François Rayroux at our Geneva office. We are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a Lawyer.

You have a legal education in Swiss law and hold a Swiss lawyer's license.

You have a strong interest in the law of financial services and markets, particularly in contract law and regulatory law in the field of asset management for institutional or professional clients (Asset Management).

You are also interested in financial products (collective investments, derivatives, structured products) and everything related to investor protection, as well as corporate law.

You also enjoy interactions with supervisory authorities and stock exchanges in Switzerland.

You are looking for a professional challenge in a constantly evolving regulatory environment, especially in line with the evolution of markets and society, including from the perspective of new technologies.

You have an excellent team spirit. You have a perfect command of French and/or English.
