Your mission:
You are skilled in designing and organizing both internal and external events. You are also comfortable handling administrative tasks related to sponsorship and managing communication materials. You gladly take on various tasks related to the company's internal and external communication.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and organize institutional and external events
- Manage the flow of sponsorship requests and the management of communication materials
- Support the implementation of internal and external communication activities
- Collaborate with external partners
Your skills:
- Certified training in communication or marketing
- Experience in event management
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and flexibility
- Native French or German speaker with good oral and written knowledge of the other language
