Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a service technician, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of FTTH connections (Fiber to the Home) at our customers' premises. You independently carry out service assignments and ensure the smooth commissioning of fibre optic connections. In doing so, you troubleshoot faults, perform measurements and carefully document your work. You are the first point of contact for our customers on site and impress with your friendly and competent manner.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electrician, telematics technician or media technician (mandatory)

• Experience in telecommunications or network technology is an advantage

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Driving licence class B

• Customer orientation and communication skills

• Independent and structured way of working

• Willingness to work in the field
