Technical Department Team Leader (a) in permanent contractAt ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." Your tasks:
- Be the main contact for the client's technical requests
- Manage schedules and distribute activities according to urgency (task assignment)
- Manage the time tracking system and ensure data accuracy
- General support to field colleagues (support, various replacements)
- Control and allocation of supplier and client invoices
- Various orders via our IT system
- Prepare documents for audits (documents for training, safety equipment, etc.),
- Manage quality, reporting, and execution of maintenance services
- Write offers and supervise projects
- Propose, develop, and implement improvements
- Complete management and supervision of your teams composed of technicians and technical concierges (supervision, scheduling, recruitment, integration, training, etc.)
- Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations (corrective and preventive maintenance)
- Organize calls for tenders and work submissions, especially regarding building maintenance and their surroundings
- Guarantee appropriate and optimal use of subcontractors
- Verify the application, control, and compliance with HSE standards issued by ISS or the client, and participate in their continuous improvement
- Participate in the preparation, control, and monitoring of budgets
- Optimize your expenses to maximize your results
- Support and follow-up in monthly maintenance activities
- Replacement of the hierarchical superior and technicians in case of absence
Your profile:
- Electrician CFC or equivalent qualification
- Continuing education and good knowledge in the technical field of building and project management
- Connection authorization art. 15 OIBT
- Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service or technical sector
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset
- Innate communication skills
- Experience in management and strong team spirit
- Good stress resistance and good organization
- Native French speaker
- Knowledge of German and English – an asset
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving license mandatory
