Branch Manager of Boudry B2C at 100% (Executive)
Mission:
Professional responsibilities
- Develop and maintain your business network to improve the local presence and reputation of the branch and the company.
- Assess regional market conditions and identify current and future sales opportunities.
- Be responsible for good client, partner and business relations/interactions, both internal and external, for your area.
- Be responsible for promoting the products/activities of your entity, acquiring new mandates and developing the business.
- Ensure the completion of operations with adequate resources, organising work with your team, and ensuring that project follow-up is carried out appropriately (resources, finances, deadlines, quality).
- Be responsible for achieving results/objectives (financial, human, safety, etc.).
Managerial & financial responsibilities
- Supervise and support your teams by ensuring the means and skills necessary to carry out their activities, while giving meaning to daily elements.
- Ensure responsibility for managing working time (time stamps, imputations, expenses), equipment and tools.
- Anticipate and plan resource and skill needs to enable efficient organisation, implement improvement actions (examples: processes, vehicles, stocks, coordination of temporary staff, etc.).
- Initiate and be involved in employee follow-up interviews in accordance with management rituals.
- Recruit new employees with HR support.
- Supervise and support the billing process, from measurement to resolution of disputes and claims/litigation cases.
- Establish an annual budget with controlling support, manage it and commit to respecting it, define business development plans.
- Ensure responsibility for the profitability of your mandates and entity by monitoring various indicators and working towards achieving set objectives, notably margin.
Profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in a technical field.
- Federal certificate in team management or additional management training.
- Proven knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent communication skills and natural charisma, with a strong client and solutions orientation.
- Able to work transversally and have a significant impact.
- Gifted in analysis, coordination and organisation, flexible and available.
- Master the IT tools used in the company and necessary for the role, respecting cybersecurity rules.
- Be exemplary by respecting operational frameworks to positively convey the company’s image.
- Know how to work in a skills network, particularly with managers of other teams directly impacting the entity’s work (product managers, HR, etc.).
