Your main tasks consist of:

Diagnosing and repairing machines according to contractual commitments with clients (SLA).
Performing regular maintenance of equipment.
Assisting clients by phone or on-site.
Escalating technical issues to product specialists.
Training and advising clients on the use and maintenance of machines.
Ensuring print quality and the proper functioning of installed solutions.
Managing spare parts and consumables with clients.
Carrying out equipment installations and their integration.
Writing intervention reports.
Optimizing logistics and billing of services.
Being responsible for machines in the Valais Riviera region.

Your profile:

Having a background in printing (offset/digital) or a technical foundation (mechanical, electronic, or equivalent).
With experience in the field of professional printing (an asset).
Possessing knowledge in mechanics, electricity, color, and printing materials.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Organized, autonomous, and with a good analytical mind.
Having a very good level of German and English (an asset).
Place of employment: Valais Riviera region – the person must be domiciled in this region.
