- Professional care and support of 23 residents in the long-term care area with complex care situations in advanced age
- Co-creation of dignified, holistic and palliative-oriented care
- Structuring and accompanying everyday life taking individual needs into account
- Management of electronic care documentation
- Assumption of daily responsibility with corresponding scope for action
- Optional: remunerated additional function as a trainer AGS/FaGe/FaBe
You are
- trained at secondary level (FaGe, DN1, FA SRK) or recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK
- experienced in care and support, ideally with palliative situations
- professional, empathetic and appreciative
- team-oriented, reflective and solution-oriented
- confident in handling PC applications
- fluent in German
