The AR Hospital Network
The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Hospital Network, with the Herisau Acute Hospital and the AR Psychiatric Centre in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.

In the acute somatic care sector under the leadership of Ms Dagmar Steinle, Ms Kaltrina Krasniqi is seeking immediately or by arrangement a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH for the interdisciplinary ward with a focus on surgery, for a workload of 40 – 100%.

That is why we want you
- You have a successful qualification as a Certified Nurse, at HF or FH level, or are a health and nursing professional
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory for this position
- Experience in the acute sector is desirable but not a prerequisite
- Enjoy developing yourself in a company that promotes learning and where good collaboration is a central aspect of patient care
- You are characterised by a high level of professional, social, self and methodological competence
- You act confidently and constructively in an interdisciplinary context
