CERTIFIED ACTIVATION SPECIALIST HF

and start date by arrangement

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF

• Professional experience in long-term care
  and interest in the specific work with
  people with dementia

• Organisational talent and sociable

• A warm and humorous basic attitude

• Enjoyment of varied challenges

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

You plan, organise and independently carry out resource-oriented activation offers
for our residents
with a focus on dementia
, both in groups and

individually and in close cooperation with nursing.

You actively shape the daily life of our residents
and
plan events and
excursions
. You are willing to work evenings or weekends if required. In addition,
you promote interdisciplinary collaboration
and support apprentices and students

in their learning process.

We expect independent working. As an open and communicative person
with high social competence, you take responsibility, support the residents
in daily life and are actively involved in managing the activation process.
