1-year Tourism Internship 100% (m/f/d)
In Customer Service in Kriens, we offer an exciting and varied internship position for high school and Matura graduates as well as tourism students who want to dive into the world of tourism. During your internship, you will expand and deepen your theoretical knowledge and learn to independently perform diverse main tasks with the support of the responsible trainers and gradually take responsibility for them. Pilatus-Bahnen AG is looking for a motivated personality starting August 1, 2026 on a fixed-term basis until August 31, 2027.
Customer advice and reception: Telephone and personal consultation of guests, answering written inquiries
Sales, reservations, and offers: Preparation of offers, processing group reservations, planning school trips, company and club excursions, as well as sales and management of vouchers via e-guma
Administrative and organizational tasks: Mail processing, cash management including monthly closing, management of prospectus stock, lost and found items, and office supplies, as well as processing sponsorship requests
Sales support and projects: Support at trade fairs, creation of advertising materials, and participation in projects in Customer Service and other areas
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Warm, cheerful, and responsible personality with high initiative
