CAMION TRANSPORT Winznau | Part-time 60–80%, workplace in Winznau SO (occasional assignments in Hägendorf SO and Lupfig AG)

At our Crane Logistics Centre Winznau, you are part of a 35-member family. Just next to Olten, modern work tools and a collegial atmosphere with drive await you.
Your tasks
- You are the HR contact person for the Winznau SO locations and during maternity cover also for Hägendorf SO. Additionally, you support the Lupfig AG branch occasionally with recruitments, employee discussions, and administrative HR matters. You handle the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the line management.
- You support the line and employees on HR-relevant topics as well as legal questions and assist them in employee discussions.
- You care for and advise long-term absentees due to illness and accident.
- You work closely with HR at the headquarters and perform tasks related to occupational health management (OHM).
- You carry out payroll preparations and changes for the headquarters and are responsible for time management at your location.
- You organise and coordinate employee events.
- In this all-round role, you support the branch manager with further administrative tasks in the transport/logistics sector.
What you bring
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in human resources (especially in recruitment/interviewing) is essential
- Completed further training in the HR field
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- User knowledge of SAP, UKA and Carema is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Office365 and Teams
