Instruction Coordinator - ECAB-KGV

Your missions

• You translate the cantonal skills framework into educational objectives and ensure the coherence of content, skills, and expected practices.
• You oversee the development and updating of educational materials (lesson plans, didactics, digital content, etc.).
• You participate in the development of the training offer for firefighters at the Training Center.
• You supervise and support instructors and pool leaders in the pedagogical implementation.
• You ensure qualitative and quantitative monitoring of courses, analyze reports, write reports, and propose improvement actions.

Your profile

• You have recognized training or experience in pedagogy, safety, or project management, as well as proven experience in coordinating or managing training projects.
• You hold a diploma as a firefighter instructor SP CSSP or adult trainer.
• You have several years of experience in designing, coordinating, and managing adult training programs, ideally in the field of safety, rescue, or militia-structured organizations.
• You are familiar with the operation and regulations of firefighters (important asset).
• You master French or German and have very good knowledge of the other language.
• You demonstrate a sense of service, good team spirit, diplomacy, and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
